    LITIGATION (Princeton Office)

    Hill Wallack LLP looking for an associate attorney with 2-5 years experience in insurance defense and/or insurance coverage/civil tort litigation. Excellent writing sample and references required. Clerkship following law school also preferred. Attorney will work side by side with partners in complex and/or catastrophic tort and insurance litigation and provide support for trials, hearings and other legal proceedings.

    LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (Princeton Office)

    Hill Wallack LLP looking for an associate attorney with 3-6 years District of New Jersey and State Court experience in complex commercial litigation. Federal Court experience, excellent writing sample, and references required. Clerkship following law school also preferred. Candidate will work side by side with partners in complex commercial litigation and provide support for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings. Candidate must have a mature attitude, the ability to self-manage workload, and skills for substantial client interaction and development. New Jersey Bar admission required.     CREDITORS' RIGHTS/BANKRUPTCY AND REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY (Yardley Office)

    Hill Wallack LLP is looking for a dynamic attorney with 1-3 years’ experience in Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Creditors' Rights for growing practice in Pennsylvania. Excellent writing skills and admission in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar admissions required.  Salary Commensurate with experience. 

    WORKERS' COMPENSATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

    Candidate should have 1 + years of experience handling personal injury and/or workers’ compensation claims. Excellent research, writing and communication skills required.

    REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL (Princeton Office)

    Hill Wallack LLP has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Paralegal with 2+ years of residential and commercial real estate experience for a full-time position in our Princeton location. The ideal candidate would have experience representing Sellers in REO transactions, and would have a working knowledge of New Jersey foreclosure law and procedure. The Real Estate Paralegal will assist the supervising attorney with all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. Essential functions will include (a) handling all client communications such as follow ups on scheduling, information and transaction updates, (b) review of residential contracts and preparation of attorney review correspondences and contract addendums, (c) interacting and communicating with clients, adversaries, title companies and other involved parties on status of transactions, deadlines, etc., (d) maintaining spreadsheet with detailed ongoing status of transaction including date of receipt of deposit funds, date of entry of applicable court orders and closing dates, and (e) providing general administrative assistance to the supervising attorney.  Strong organizational and motivational skills required. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated a high level of independence and legal acumen with a friendly demeanor. Pay is commensurate with experience.

    BANKRUPTCY/CREDITORS' RIGHTS PARALEGAL (Princeton Office)

    IMMEDIATE OPENING - The firm seeks a candidate with a minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal in the area of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Strong administrative skills, such as accurate typing, proofreading, spelling and grammar, are necessary. Knowledge of e-filing is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. Knowledge of LPS and Tempo preferred. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

    LEGAL SECRETARY (Princeton Office)

    IMMEDIATE OPENING - The firm seeks a legal secretary with 2+ years litigation experience, excellent typing and organizational skills, Dictaphone and Word required. Salary commensurate w/experience

    TRADEMARK PARALEGAL/ASSISTANT (Princeton Office)

    Strong administrative background with Trademark experience required. Duties include managing docketing software, preparing documents and communications specific to trademarks and patents. Facilitate and schedule meetings. Manage follow-ups and deadlines. Interface with attorneys, clients, agents and inventors. Knowledge of and experience with USPTO Trademark and Patent database. Attention to detail, resourceful, self-starter with can do winning attitude and desire to constantly learn and succeed in the practice of law as a career.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist attorneys with IP matters related to prosecution, litigation, deposition and trial prep, primarily involving Trademarks
    • Prep filings with TEAS and PAIR
    • Correspond and interact with opposing counsel, federal agents, clients, potential clients, foreign counsel and vendors
    • Document review, proof reading, editing and formatting
    • Maintaining calendars and communicating with attorneys to meet deadlines
    • Assisting with business development, marketing and client retention
    • Assisting with case management, maintenance and organization of files
