INSURANCE DEFENSE, INSURANCE COVERAGE & LITIGATION (Princeton Office)

REAL ESTATE (Princeton Office)
Hill Wallack LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney based out of the Princeton, NJ office for its transactional group to support a growing commercial and residential real estate practice. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of real estate/creditors rights transactional experience and be an excellent legal drafter and communicator, as well as a pro-active, energetic, and hardworking team player. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Duties will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating residential and commercial real estate transactions with focus on REO bank owned sales; drafting, reviewing and negotiating ancillary documents (attorney review, hold harmless agreements, inspection agreements, clearing title issues and the like); communicating directly with clients, and counseling them on transactional strategies and offering legal risk assessments; supporting transactions and due diligence. The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple transactions with a background in creditor rights/foreclosure being a plus.
