LEGAL SECRETARY POSITIONS

Litigation/Creditors' Rights - The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal secretary/assistant in the area of NJ creditors’ rights and/or litigation. Strong administrative skills, such as accurate typing, proofreading, spelling and grammar, are necessary. Knowledge of e-filing is helpful, but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe. This position is for someone seeking to work independently within the support of a team environment. Competitive salary and benefits package.

PARALEGAL

Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy - Commercial litigation, bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus. Candidate must be motivated, well organized with good interpersonal, communication and computer skills. NJ and PA experience a plus. College degree or paralegal certificate required.
