Magyar Jr., Esq. co-presented at a session of the 2016 Annual Conference of the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania entitled: Bid Specifications to a Successful Contract. This session covered topics and issues relevant to the municipal entities, as well as private recyclers and haulers, in connection with public bidding requirements, bid specifications, public recycling contracts, bonding requirements, and other operational considerations.
