    Hill Wallack LLP Adds Six New Attorneys To The Firm

    News Release

    Princeton, NJ September 18, 2015 --- Six new lawyers have recently joined Hill Wallack LLP: Ozge O. Otarsi, Allison S. Zangrilli, Stephen J. Vitabile, Emily P.W. Santoro, James Harry Oliverio and Cassi G. Martin.

    Ozge O. Otarsi is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of the firm, where she is a member of the Banking & Financial Services and Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice groups. Ms. Otarsi has specialized knowledge in complex commercial acquisitions, dispositions and financial transactions as well as residential purchase and sale transactions. She also has extensive experience representing creditors and financial institutions in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Otarsi was with Frank J. Martone, P.C. She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and her B.A., Summa Cum Laude from Seton Hall University. Ms. Otarsi is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

    Allison S. Zangrilli is counsel in the Princeton, N.J. office of the firm, where she is a member of the Real Estate and Eminent Domain practice groups. Ms. Zangrilli has extensive experience handling all aspects of a variety of real estate transactions including contract drafting and negotiation, identifying and resolving complex title problems, and addressing financing issues.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Zangrilli was with Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. in Princeton, N.J. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law, where she received the American Jurisprudence Award – Moot Court II and she earned her Bachelor’s degree Magna Cum Laude from the College of New Jersey. Ms. Zangrilli is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The State of New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey

    Stephen J. Vitabile is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of the firm where he is a member of the Trial & Insurance Defense and Community Associations practice groups.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Mr. Vitabile served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.J. Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, in Monmouth County, NJ, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman, President Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Vitabile earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.S. from Villanova University, graduating magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the District Court of New Jersey.

    Emily P.W. Santoro is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of the firm, where she is a member of the Land Use Solutions practice group. Ms. Santoro concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning and land use applications and disputes, affordable housing issues, and related litigation.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Santoro served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. She earned her J.D. cum laude from Rutgers School of Law and is a graduate of Cornell University. Ms. Santoro is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

    James Harry Oliverio is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of the firm, where he is a member of the firm’s Trial & Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage practice groups and the firm’s Litigation Division. Mr. Oliverio concentrates his practice on cases involving complex insurance coverage and contractual disputes.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Mr. Oliverio served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Powers, Jr., J.S.C., Law Division, Bergen Vicinage. He earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, summa cum laude and his B.A. from Providence College. Mr. Oliverio is admitted to practice in the States of New Jersey, New York and Rhode Island.

    Cassi G. Martin is an associate in the Yardley, Pa. office of the firm where she is a member of the Workers’ Compensation practice group.

    Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Martin was with Carpenter, McCadden & Lane in Media, Pa. She also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey Finley in the Bucks County Court of Common Peas. Ms. Martin earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Marist College. Ms. Martin is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
