About the speaker:
Henry T. Chou is a member of the Business & Commercial Services, Chinese Foreign Direct Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions and Renewable Energy & Sustainability practice groups. He concentrates his law practice in areas of commercial transactions, corporate and employment law, renewable energy projects and land development matters. He has represented domestic and foreign companies in a wide variety of commercial, employment, environmental, renewable energy and land use matters, including New Jersey companies that export to and conduct business in China and Taiwan.
