Yardley, PA July 2, 2014 --- Hill Wallack LLP Partner Denise M. Bowman has been named Chair of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 term. Her appointment became official on July 1, 2014. As Chair, Ms. Bowman, along with the Chamber’s president, will serve as the organization’s spokesperson and preside over Chamber events and committees.

Ms. Bowman, a business attorney, has been an active member of the Bucks County community for many years. Her practice focuses on representing numerous businesses entities, professionals and school districts within Bucks County.

She has also served as pro bono counsel to the Chamber’s Board of Directors in 2012 and 2013. Ms. Bowman previously served on the Boards of the YWCA and the Red Cross as well as on a committee for Family Services Association of Bucks County in connection with the Bucks County Emergency Homeless Shelter.
