Princeton, NJ January 9, 2014 --- Along with 19 Roszel Road LLC, a joint venture led by Gottesman Real Estate Partners and Mountain Development Corp., Hill Wallack LLP held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Roszel Square, where they will be relocating their headquarters to in early 2015.

Elected officials, Hill Wallack LLP partners and their development team were in attendance as the firm broke ground for their new facility. Hill Wallack LLP will be occupying 48,000-square-feet on the top two floors of one of the two buildings in the new Roszel Square which is located in the heart of the Route 1/Alexander Road corridor, adjacent to Carnegie Center in Princeton.

The development team on this project includes Andy Gottesman of Gottesman Real Estate Partners, Michael Seeve of Mountain Development Corp., Sab Russo, President of Mercer Oak Realty and Milton H. Charbonneau, Senior Vice President and Principal of Cassidy Turley. Hill Wallack LLP is also working closely with the architecture firm Gensler in the building design development process.
