Yardley, PA – Jonathan D. Pavlovcak, Esquire, an attorney in Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley office, was recently appointed as counsel to the Board of Directors for the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the firm’s Trial & Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Complex Litigation and Construction Industry practice groups.

Mr. Pavlovcak represents insurers, businesses, and individuals in state and federal courts in actions involving breach of contract; fraud; negligence and strict liability; and insurance defense, coverage and bad faith. He also represents commercial and institutional property owners and contractors resolving disputes arising from public- and privately-financed projects before, during, and after construction in private negotiations, arbitration/mediation, and in court. Mr. Pavlovcak has litigated cases in federal and state courts throughout the country and also has an active pro bono practice, having served as a volunteer attorney for several organizations as well as former military members.

The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting business in the Lower Bucks County region. Consisting of over 1000 members representing small, medium and large businesses and professional firms, the Chamber services an area encompassing 22 municipalities in Lower Bucks County.
