Yardley, PA – Timothy J. Duffy and David J. Truelove, from the Yardley, Pa office of Hill Wallack LLP, have been selected to the 2013 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor.

Timothy J. Duffy is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial, Real Estate, and Construction Industry practice groups. He serves the regional and business community by handling and resolving the wide range of challenges business owners face each day. He assists commercial landlords in lease negotiations and default work-outs, and in protecting their interests in court. He represents private landowners and developers seeking land development and/or zoning relief before municipal boards and commissions in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Mr. Duffy also has extensive experience representing financial institutions preparing loan documentation and closing commercial loans, including SBA loans.

Mr. Duffy has served as President and Treasurer of the Bucks County Bar Association and has also been a member of their Board of Directors. Mr. Duffy is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was previously named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in 2011 and 2012.

David J. Truelove is a partner and a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor Law practice group. Mr. Truelove’s areas of concentration include municipal labor law, employment matters and complex litigation. He is a recognized labor lawyer, who has successfully represented municipalities, school districts and other public entities throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County and the surrounding region in a wide variety of high-profile collective bargaining matters.

Mr. Truelove is Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association’s Legislative Committee, and is a member of their Lawyer Reaching Lawyer and Federal Court Committees. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Truelove was previously named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list in 2007-2012.
