    Hill Wallack LLP Partners Patrick D. Kennedy and Henry Chou to be featured panelists at the NBI’s State and Local Government Law seminar

    Princeton, NJ – Hill Wallack LLP Partners will be featured panelists at the National Business Institute’s State and Local Government Law seminar being held in Princeton, N.J. on June 14, 2012. This seminar will provide an overview of how to confidently tackle any case that comes your way and will provide attorneys with a comprehensive look at current issues impacting state and local governments.

    Among the panelists are Patrick D. Kennedy, a partner in the Princeton office, and partner-in-charge of the firm’s Administrative Law/Government Contracts practice group as well as Henry Chou, also a partner in the Princeton office of Hill Wallack, LLP and member of the Land Use Solutions, Environmental, and Renewable Energy and Sustainability practice groups. Mr. Kennedy will discuss Current Trends In Public Contracting which will include topics such as cooperative purchasing groups, consolidation of municipal services, privatization and updates on New Jersey rules on governing contracts. Mr. Chou will examine the topic of Eminent Domain.

    Additional panelists will present: Labor and Employment Law Current Issues and Answers, Case Law Developments And The Open Public Records Act, Hot Topics In Land Use And Zoning Law, Regulation Taxes, A Current Look At Police Liability, and Ethical Considerations For Government Attorneys.
