Hill Wallack LLP Partner Installed as President of Bucks County Bar Association

Yardley, PA – Timothy J. Duffy, a partner of Hill Wallack LLP, recently was installed as President of the Bucks County Bar Association. Mr. Duffy, who concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, business transactions and commercial litigation, will serve as President for a one-year term in 2010, having been elected to serve as Vice-President/President-Elect during 2009.

The Bucks County Bar Association is one of the oldest and most active Bar Associations in the United States. “I am honored to have been chosen to lead the Bucks County Bar Association,” Mr. Duffy stated. “Given the increasing number of practitioners here in Bucks County, the geographic range of our practices, and the generational and other diversities amongst our members, the Bar Association provides an important means for attorneys in the County to develop the relationships of trust and familiarity that are a hallmark of our profession and the practice of law here in Bucks County. In the current economic climate, our members are great resources for one another in determining how to address some of the challenges that our clients, and we as professional business persons, are facing, and the Association likewise provides the support our members need to strengthen their practices.

Located in Doylestown, Pa., the Bucks County Bar Association is dedicated to providing its members, potential members and all persons and organizations connected with the law, support and fellowship for the advancement of the legal profession.

Mr. Duffy is a member of Hill Wallack LLP’s Business & Commercial and Real Estate Practice Groups. He represents businesses and individuals in real estate acquisitions and financing transactions, business formation, land use and development, and civil litigation.
