    Hill Wallack LLP Attorney Appointed as Counsel to Board of Directors for the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce

    Yardley, PaDenise M. Bowman, Counsel in Hill Wallack LLP’s Yardley office, where she is a member of the Litigation Division and Business & Commercial practice group, was recently appointed as Counsel to the Board of Directors for the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce. She is now also a member of the Chamber’s Executive Committee.

    The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to promoting business in the Lower Bucks County region. Consisting of over 1000 members representing small, medium and large businesses and professional firms, the Chamber services an area encompassing 22 municipalities in Lower Bucks County.

    Ms. Bowman concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation. She provides advice and counsel to many local businesses and represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including shareholder disputes, business “divorces,” breach of contract actions, and real property disputes. She also is very active in her community and a strong supporter of several local non-profits and charitable organizations. A graduate of Temple University School of Law, Ms. Bowman is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
