- Hill Wallack LLP is thrilled to announce that Hana Jeong Pak, Esq. has joined the Complex Litigation team as an associate. Hana comes to the Firm following a prestigious clerkship with the Hon. Lisa A. Firko in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. Hana graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022. While at Seton Hall Law, Hana participated in a series of impressive internships including with Magistrate Judge Edward S. Kiel, now the newest District Judge in the District of New Jersey. Prior to law school, Hana honed her research and negotiating skills while working at one of the largest investment banking, securities and investment management firms in Korea, and at a series of boutique investment firms where she developed valuable skills in complex transactional, securities and governance matters. Hana is fluent in Korean.
