  • John C. Bobber, Jr. is counsel in the Yardley, Pa. office of Hill Wallack LLP, where he is a member of the School Law, Municipal Law and Trial & Insurance Defense practice groups.

    For over 20 years, Mr. Bobber has acted on behalf of insurance companies to represent and defend the interests of their insureds. He has acted as first chair trial counsel for jury and bench trials in federal and state court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on cases involving general insurance defense claims, discrimination claims, commercial and consumer fraud litigation, personal injury and motor vehicle claims, and motor vehicle dealership litigation.

    Mr. Bobber has represented employers in human resources and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment and wrongful discharge matters at all stages, including matters pending before the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission; the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission; the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations; and in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. 

    In addition to his work with Hill Wallack LLP, John is an arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, an elder law volunteer, and an assistant coach for local youth softball.

    Mr. Bobber earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in in Administration of Justice from Penn State University. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania (1997), Pennsylvania’s Middle and Eastern United States District Courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice in the state of Delaware and in federal courts in New Jersey and New York.
