  • Jessica A. Wilson is an Associate in the Trial and Insurance Defense Department of Hill Wallack LLP’s Princeton, New Jersey office. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

    Jessica graduated from Stetson University in 2009, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Sociology. She attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating in 2012. After law school, Jessica served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Catherine Fitzpatrick, P.J.F.P, New Jersey Superior Court.

    Jessica clerked for the Honorable Peter E. Warshaw, of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County. During her clerkship, Jessica also served as a Court trained settlement facilitator, handling disputes in Special Civil and Landlord-Tenant matters. Following her clerkship, Jessica was an attorney at a firm where her practice consisted of a variety of litigation matters. Jessica has represented clients before the New Jersey Appellate Courts and co-authored briefs to the New Jersey Supreme Court resulting in two published cases.

    Since joining Hill Wallack in 2022, Jessica has focused her practice on defending employers in claims arising from wrongful termination, retaliation and discrimination. Jessica also represents municipal and public entities.

    Jessica has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2018-2022. This is an award conferred by Super Lawyers who reports that this honor is bestowed on only 2.5% of attorneys in the State of New Jersey who are 40 years old or younger. A description of the selection methodology can be found at selection_process_detail.html. No aspect of this award has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

    Jessica is currently the President of the Bordentown Rotary and serves with the Young Professionals Group of the Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton Hospital Foundation Board. She lives in Bordentown, New Jersey with her husband and three children. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and reading historical fiction.
