Francesca A. Arcure is counsel in the Princeton, N.J. office, where she is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy practice group.
Ms. Arcure handles cases in state and federal court with an emphasis on residential and commercial based foreclosure litigation, home lending, and consumer related matters. Ms. Arcure regularly defends banking institutions, investors, lenders, and servicers from consumer fraud, negligence and contract claims, as well as claims brought under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, FDCPA, TILA, and RESPA. Additionally, Ms. Arcure also represents creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 matters in bankruptcy court.
Ms. Arcure is admitted to practice law in New Jersey (2013) and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She earned her J.D from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with awards in Negotiation Skills and Theory, and Legal Synthesis.
