Amani S. Abdellah is counsel in the Princeton and Cherry Hill, N.J. offices, where she is a member of the Community Associations practice group.
Amani advises condominium and homeowner associations on all legal matters. She represents clients throughout New Jersey concerning general corporate matters, drafting and enforcement of contracts, developing and enforcing rules and regulations, interpreting, advising and drafting revisions to governing documents, and pursuing construction defect litigation.
She is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having mediated numerous matters. She is an accomplished litigation and appellate attorney, handling commercial and bankruptcy matters.
Amani was selected for the inaugural edition of the 2021 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch list. Amani was also recently selected as a fellow in the New Jersey Bar Association’s prestigious Leadership Academy.
Prior to her years in civil practice, Amani served for five years as an assistant prosecutor, where she handled adult prosecutions of all types, including an assignment with the Special Victim’s Unit.
Amani is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers University.Leadership
