Hill Wallack LLP Welcomes William E. Baroni, Jr.
Princeton, NJ March 5, 2014 --- Hill Wallack LLP is pleased to announce that William E. Baroni, Jr. has joined the firm as counsel.
Mr. Baroni previously served as Deputy Executive Director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. He also represented the 14th legislative district in the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly. He previously practiced law in the areas of not for profit, campaign finance and election law.
Mr. Baroni is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the District of Columbia. He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, in history from George Washington University.
