    Hill Wallack LLP Adds Trusts and Estates Lawyer to Yardley and Princeton Offices

    Hill Wallack LLP announces that Trusts and Estates lawyer Lisa K. Schubel has joined the firm as a partner in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group. Ms. Schubel, who is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, will work from both offices.

    Ms. Schubel concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning for high net worth individuals, Estate Administration, Trusts and Trust Administration, Elder Law and taxation of Estates and Trusts. She represents individuals in all aspects of estate planning, including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives (“Living Wills”).

    In addition, she:

    • Represents owners of closely held business entities in connection with integrating Succession Planning and Estate Planning
    • Represents adults with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities in matters requiring Special Needs Trusts and Estate Planning coordination
    • Represents Executors and Administrators in Estate Administration matters
    • Represents Trustees in Trust Administration matters
    • Represents Beneficiaries of Inter Vivos Trusts and Testamentary TrustsRepresents owners of closely held business entities in connection with integrating Succession Planning and Estate Planning

    Ms. Schubel is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Bucks County Estate Planning Council, and was named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine Rising Star list in 2007. She has served as a Course Planner and Presenter at legal seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She also is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Women in the Profession Committee, serves on the Business Membership Committee of The Heritage Conservancy, and is a member of St. Mary Medical Center’s Planning Giving Advisory Council.

    She earned her J.D. from Temple University School of Law, and prior to completing law school, worked as a law clerk/estates paralegal. Ms. Schubel is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a B. A. in International Relations.
