Christopher J. Finney

Christopher J. Finney is counsel in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Banking & Financial Services practice group.

Mr. Finney focuses his practice on representing lending institutions in a full range of commercial financing transactions, including real estate secured lending, site development and construction lending, asset-based lending, swaps and government-guaranteed lending programs, including SBA 504 and SBA 7(a) loans. Mr. Finney’s primary focus is representing lenders and Community Development Companies in connection with SBA 504 loans and compliance with SBA Standard Operating Procedure. He also has extensive experience in New York based lending transactions.

In addition to representing lenders, Mr. Finney is a licensed Pennsylvania title agent and is experienced representing buyers and sellers in both residential and commercial real-estate transactions.

Mr. Finney is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey (2015) and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2015). After graduating with a B.A., summa cum laude from Arcadia University, he earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
