Hill Wallack LLP is Pleased to Announce the Addition of Two Paralegals to the firm's Growing Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group

David Barroso joins Hill Wallack LLP as a paralegal in our Creditors' Rights practice group. David has over 17 years of experience specializing in bankruptcy law, having worked for both law firms and servicers. Prior to joining the firm, David worked for the past seven years at Stern, Lavinthal and Frankenberg, LLC as the Bankruptcy Department Supervisor. He has experience in all aspects of the bankruptcy practice including preparing motions for relief, proofs of claim, objections to confirmation, payment change notices, notices of fees, expenses, and charges, certifications of default, agreed orders, and monitoring loss mitigation.  

Stacy Lipstein joins Hill Wallack LLP as a paralegal in our Creditors' Rights practice group.  She has over 26 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in bankruptcy law. Stacy received her BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Maryland and her ABA Paralegal Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Stacy has worked on all sides of the bankruptcy spectrum, including representing creditors, debtors, and chapter 7 trustees. Prior to joining the firm, Stacy worked for the past ten years at McCarter & English. She has attended 341 creditor’s meetings, drafted pleadings including notices of appearance, proofs of claim, stay relief motions, omnibus claims motions, fee applications, adversarial complaints, sale motions, and various objections, and communicated with attorneys, adversaries and the United States Trustee’s office.
