Hill Wallack LLP Partner Featured Speaker at ABA Employment Seminar
Princeton, NJ – Virginia L. Hardwick, partner of Hill Wallack LLP’s Litigation Division and Employment & Labor Law
Practice Group was recently a featured panelist at the ABA Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee Panel. Ms. Hardwick
gave her presentation on litigation of electronic trade secret claims in a two-person debate style presentation.
Ms. Hardwick concentrates her practice in Employment Discrimination, Civil Rights, Constitutional Litigation and Commercial
Litigation. She has represented both employers and employees in all phases of employment related litigation, in cases involving
issues of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, restrictive covenants and trade secrets. She has
brought and defended employment claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations
Commission, the New Jersey Division of Civil Rights, and state and federal courts in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms.
Hardwick was a professor for eight years at Seton Hall Law School. There she taught Legal Research & Writing and Appellate
Advocacy for three years. She served as an Associate Clinical Professor for five years, which included teaching Trial Practice
and Advocacy.
