Hill Wallack LLP Environmental Partner Addresses Atlantic Builders Convention
When Can You Rely On An NFA Letter?
Princeton, NJ – Nielsen V. Lewis, a partner at the Princeton law firm of Hill Wallack LLP,
recently addressed the 59th Annual Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City hosted by the New Jersey Builders Association.
A panelist on an educational program devoted to special issues in Brownfields redevelopment, Mr. Lewis spoke on an issue of
vital importance to redevelopers, “When Can You Rely On A No Further Action (NFA) Letter?” Mr. Lewis counsels public
and private sector clients in a wide variety of environmental matters and represents them in environmental and land use
litigation, including complex CERCLA (Superfund), RCRA, New Jersey Spill Act and ISRA cases. Past Chair of the Insurance
Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Mr. Lewis is also a member of its Environmental Law Section and a Master
of the Justice Stewart G. Pollock Environmental American Inn of Court. He graduated from Princeton University and earned his
