HILL WALLACK PARTNER APPOINTED TO WARWICK TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD
Yardley, PA – Jeffrey G. DiAmico, a partner of the Yardley law firm of Hill Wallack LLP, where he
is a member of the Business & Commercial, Community Association Law and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups, was
recently appointed to the Warwick Township Zoning Hearing Board.
This appointment was made by the elected body of the Board of Supervisors of Warwick Township and is for a term of three years.
The Warwick Township Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial board whose purpose is to: hear and decide appeals from a
decision or determination of any administrative official in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance; grant upon application
in specific cases, Special Exceptions to the terms of the Zoning Ordinance where authorized; and authorize and grant Variances
from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance where a literal enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance would result in an unnecessary
hardship.
Mr. DiAmico concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses and individuals with respect to business acquisitions
and transactions, commercial and residential real estate purchases, sales, leases and tax assessment appeals, business formation,
general business planning and counseling, commercial litigation and community association law.
Mr. DiAmico is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and New England School of Law. He is a resident of Jamison, PA.
