 HILL WALLACK ASSOCIATE ELECTED TO AMERICAN RED CROSS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Yardley, PA – Denise M. Bowman, an associate of the Yardley law firm of  Hill Wallack LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Business & Commercial Law Practice Group, was appointed to the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Lower Bucks County Chapter. She will be serving on the Nominating Committee and as Chair of the Human Resources Committee. The American Red Cross Lower Bucks County Chapter shelters, feeds and counsels victims of disaster; provides blood for area hospitals; teaches lifesaving skills; supports military members and their families; and operates the County’s only emergency homeless shelter.

Ms. Bowman concentrates her practice in the representation of corporate entities, partnerships, and individuals in insurance, commercial litigation, bankruptcy real estate and general business matters. Ms. Bowman earned her law degree in 1998 from Temple University School of Law where she was Executive Editor of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable John T. J. Kelly of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Prior to law school, Ms. Bowman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
