LLP ADDS NEW ASSOCIATES
Princeton, NJ –
The law firm of Hill Wallack LLP
has added a new associate to its
Princeton Office and one new
associate to its Atlantic City
Office.
Brooke E. Newborn has joined the
firm in the Princeton Office as a
member of the Land Use Division
which includes the firm’s Land Use
Applications, Land Use Litigation
and Environmental Applications
Practice Groups. She concentrates
her practice in the land development
application and permitting process
and in the litigation of land use
matters. A graduate of the
University of Pennsylvania, Ms.
Newborn received her law degree from
Washington and Lee University School
of Law and is admitted to practice
in New Jersey. She
is a resident of New Britain, PA.
Mario C. Formica has joined the
firm in the Atlantic City Office as
a member of the Complex Litigation
and Gaming Law Practice Groups. He
concentrates his practice in civil
and criminal litigation and official
misconduct matters. An Atlantic City
native, Mr. Formica also represents
casinos and vendors in all aspects
of gaming law, including licensing,
corporate, acquisition, development,
financing, compliance policies, and
compliance investigations. He also
represents casinos and commercial
developers in matters involving
redevelopment, real estate and land
use law. Mr. Formica earned his law
degree with honors from Rutgers
University School of Law-Camden his
undergraduate degree magna cum laude
from Richard Stockton College.
Following law school, Mr. Formica
served a Judicial Clerkship in the
Appellate Division of the New Jersey
Superior Court with the Honorable
Steven Z. Kleiner and Honorable
Joseph Lisa. He is admitted to
practice in New Jersey and before
the United States District Court for
New Jersey.
