Senior level candidate should have 5 – 10 years experience in commercial and employment litigation. Trial experience required.

EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION
Candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years experience handling employment & discrimination matters. Pennsylvania Bar admission required.

CREDITOR’S RIGHTS
Candidate should have 5– 10 years experience in creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, specifically relating to the representation of banking institutions and other secured creditors.

Excellent research, writing and communication skills required. Judicial clerkship preferred.
