Craig W. Summers is
a partner of Hill
Wallack LLP. He is a
member of the firm's
Litigation Division and
Workers' Compensation
Practice Group. He
concentrates his practice in
the defense of workers'
compensation representing
major self-insured
corporations, insurance
companies and clients of
third-party administrators
in the defense of workers'
compensation claims. Among
his clients, Mr. Summers
represents school districts,
food and manufacturing
companies and employers in
the healthcare industry.
He is a
member of the NJ
Self-Insured Association and
has presented numerous
seminars to self-insured
organizations on a myriad of
workers' compensation issues
including notice provisions
and authorization of
treating personnel.
Mr.
Summers earned his Bachelor
of Science in Business
Administration from
Villanova University (1981),
and his Juris Doctor from
Southwestern University
School of Law (1984). During
his final year of law
school, Mr. Summers clerked
for the Presiding Judge of
Workers' Compensation for
Los Angeles County,
California. He is an active
member of the New Jersey
State and Camden County Bar
Associations. He is admitted
to practice in New Jersey
and before the United States
Supreme Court and the United
States Court of Appeals for
the Third Circuit. |
