He concentrates his practice in the defense of workers’ compensation representing
major self-insured corporations, insurance companies and clients of third-party
administrators.

Mr. Summers has presented numerous seminars to self-insured organizations on a myriad of workers’ compensation issues including notice provisions and authorization of treating personnel
Mr. Summers is admitted to practice in New Jersey and before the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is certified by the Supreme Court as a Worker’s Compensation Attorney. He earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law. During his final year of law school, Mr. Summers clerked for the Presiding Judge of Workers’ Compensation for Los Angeles County, California. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.
