Michael J. Shavel is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP. He is a member of the Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Mr. Shavel concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate finance, syndicated credit facilities, equipment leasing and finance and loan workouts and restructurings. He serves clients in areas such as:

- The leasing subsidiary of regional bank in conjunction with structuring and documenting personal property lease transactions
- The national re-discount financing arm of a national bank in the documentation of credit facilities collateralized by re-discount paper
