Mr. Shavel concentrates his practice on commercial and corporate finance, syndicated credit facilities, equipment leasing and finance and loan workouts and restructurings. He serves clients in areas such as:

• A national financial institution　as participant in conjunction with $1 billion debt restructuring of debt secured by proceeds of movies rights
   
• Drafting of "standard" form lease documentation for international leasing company
• The leasing subsidiary of regional bank in conjunction with structuring and documenting　personal property lease transactions
   
• The national re-discount financing arm of a national bank in the documentation of credit facilities collateralized by re-discount paper
