Megan M. Schwartz is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where she is a member of the
Administrative Law/Government Contracts, Municipal Law, and Regulatory &
Government Affairs Practice Groups.
Ms. Schwartz concentrates her practice in administrative law, regulatory compliance and
corporate litigation including public contracting, appellate, employment and government
litigation. She has experience in all aspects of public contracting and advises clients at
each stage of the public bidding and contract process, including challenges to specifications
and award, post bid contract issues, prevailing wage, suspension and debarment and appeals.

- Defending prosecutors and municipalities related to Title 59 claims
An honors graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Ms. Schwartz earned her law degree, with honors, from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Schwartz served a Judicial Clerkship in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey with the Honorable James M. Havey, P.J.A.D., in Toms River, New Jersey.
Ms. Schwartz resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with her husband and two daughters.
