Rosemary A. Sullivan
is a partner of Hill Wallack
LLP. She is a member of
the Trusts & Estates Practice
Group.
Ms. Sullivan concentrates her
practice in the areas of Estate
Administration, Elder Law, Orphans
Court litigation and Commercial
litigation, all of which are areas
of the law which require significant
abilities to understand the needs of
the client and, more importantly,
the ability to concentrate on the
often difficult problems facing
families. As a result, a frequent
aspect of her practice is to provide
legal advice and guidance to
families in the area of Special
Needs Trusts, Guardianships, issues
involving legal competency and
problems associated with the
elderly.
Ms. Sullivan is a cum laude
graduate of Villanova University
School of Law where she received the
American Jurisprudence Award. She
obtained her undergraduate degree in
English from Chestnut Hill College,
Philadelphia, PA. She is admitted to
practice in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and the United States
District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania. She is a
member of the Pennsylvania Bar
Association and the Bucks County Bar
Association.
In addition to her involvement in
the legal profession, Ms. Sullivan
is actively involved in her
community. She currently serves on
and is a member of the Advisory
Board of the St. Mary Medical Center
located in Langhorne, Bucks County,
PA.
