Ms. Sullivan concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Administration, Elder Law, Orphans Court litigation and Commercial litigation, all of which are areas of the law which require significant abilities to understand the needs of the client and, more importantly, the ability to concentrate on the often difficult problems facing families. As a result, a frequent aspect of her practice is to provide legal advice and guidance to families in the area of Special Needs Trusts, Guardianships, issues involving legal competency and problems associated with the elderly.

- Successfully represented clients in obtaining surcharge against Guardian of Estate of incapacitated person for breaches of fiduciary duties
- Represents clients in determination of incapacity and guardianship appointments
- Represents beneficiaries of Estates in actions against Executors and Administrators for breaches of fiduciary duties in administration of Estates
- Represents beneficiaries of Estates in Will contest matters
- Represents Executors and Administrators in Estate Administration matters
- Represents adults with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities in preparation of Special Needs Trust in Estate Planning matters
