Jessica L. Perl
is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the
Administrative Law/Government Procurement and Regulatory & Government Affairs Practice Groups.
Ms. Perl concentrates her practice in administrative law, regulatory compliance and corporate litigation including public procurement and government litigation.
Her prior experience includes serving in the New Jersey General Assembly Majority Office as a Committee Aide under then-Speaker Rep. Albio Sires and Speaker Joseph J. Roberts, Jr. Ms. Perl staffed numerous committees during her tenure with the General Assembly, including the Budget, Labor and Financial Institutions and Insurance Committees.
Ms. Perl is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Her admission to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey is pending.
Ms. Perl received her received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law where she served as associate articles editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and was named "Best Oral Advocate" in the appellate advocacy class. She received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from American University and her undergraduate degree from American University in C.L.E.G. (an inter-disciplinary major encompassing communications, legal institutions, economics and government).
