Nicole Perdoni-Byrne is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Real Estate Division,
Banking & Secured Transactions and Public Finance Practice Groups.
Ms. Perdoni-Byrne represents financial institutions including TD Bank, N.A., Investors Savings Bank, Sun National Bank, Amboy
Bank, TriState Capital Bank & Wilmington Trust FSB, as well as borrowers, in all matters of banking and secured transactions.
Her work includes loan documentation, preparation and review, participation agreements, acquisition, construction and line of
credit financing and refinancing, loan modification, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, grants, workouts and closings.
Ms. Perdoni-Byrne earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
Ms. Perdoni-Byrne is very active in the legal profession and her community. She is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is currently a member of the Banking Law Section. She is also a member of Habitat for Humanity, Millstone Basin and serves on the Family Selection Committee.
