Nicole Perdoni-Byrne is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the Real Estate
Division and Banking & Secured Transactions and Public Finance Practice Group.
Ms. Perdoni-Byrne represents financial institutions and borrowers in all matters of banking and
secured transactions, including loan documentation preparation and review, participation agreements,
acquisition, construction and line of credit financing and refinancing, loan modification, restructuring,
mergers & acquisitions, grants, workouts and closings.
Ms. Perdoni-Byrne earned her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and is
admitted to practice in New Jersey.
