Marc Harlan Herman
is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP
where he is a member of the
Litigation Division, Workers'
Compensation and Automotive Dealers
Business & Liability Practice Groups.
Mr. Herman concentrates his
practice in the litigation of labor,
employment and workers' compensation
claims as well as commercial
disputes concerning automobile and
motorcycle dealerships.
Mr. Herman also represents
automobile and motorcycle
dealerships in their transactional,
franchise and regulatory concerns.
He additionally provides corporate
counseling to non profit entities.
Mr. Herman is a member of the New
Jersey Defense Association, the New
Jersey Self Insureds Association,
the Justice James H. Coleman Inn of
Court and the State of New Jersey,
Department of Labor Lien Task Force.
He currently serves on the Board of
the Solomon Schechter Day School of
the Raritan Valley. He is also
involved in the Jewish Federation of
Greater Middlesex County and has
been selected to participate in the
young leadership development program
which cultivates communal leadership
on a nationwide basis.
A summa cum laude graduate of the
Elliot School of International
Affairs of the George Washington
University (1994), he then earned a
Juris Doctor from Rutgers University
School of Law – Newark (1997). He
served as a Judicial Law Clerk to
the Honorable Robert A. Longhi,
A.J.S.C. from September 1997 –
August 1998. He is a member of the
New Jersey State, Mercer County and
Middlesex County Bar Associations.
He has published numerous articles
on the defense of Workers'
Compensation claims on behalf of
corporate employers
