Brian J. McIntyre is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP and a member of the firm’s
Community Association Law and Real Estate Tax Appeal Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice in the
areas of community association law, construction defect litigation, contract law, collections and real estate tax appeals.
Mr. McIntyre represents condominium associations, homeowners associations, cooperatives, real estate developers and individual homeowners. He also represents homeowners and businesses in tax appeal matters before local county boards of taxation and the New Jersey Tax Court.
