Suzanne M. Marasco is a partner
of Hill Wallack LLP where she is a member of the Litigation Division,
the Trial & Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Employment & Labor Law and Community Association Law Practice Groups.
Ms. Marasco is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the representation of insurance companies and their insureds in diverse and complex claims and civil litigation. Her practice includes the defense of employers, management, businesses, and individuals for a wide variety of claims stemming from wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and violations of both State and Federal civil rights and laws. Ms. Marasco also acts as labor counsel where she provides advice with respect to employment decisions, conducts internal investigations of work place complaints, defends employers against union grievances, provides training regarding proper workplace conduct and prepares employment manuals, policies and severance/separation agreements.
For the past 20 years, Ms. Marasco has handled litigation involving directors’ and officers’ liability; non-profit association liability; catastrophic personal injury; product liability; construction defects and professional liability for design services; suits against public entities; defamation and libel; as well as mass tort class action litigation. Ms. Marasco routinely appears in State and Federal Court, as well as before the Division of Civil Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and various intercompany arbitration associations in the representation of her clients.

Suzanne is admitted to practice before the United States
District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She earned her
Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, Camden in 1989 and her BS from Rutgers
College, New Brunswick in 1986. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
After graduating from Rutgers College - New Brunswick in 1986, Ms. Marasco earned her law degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. She clerked with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office before entering private practice.
