Suzanne M. Marasco
is a partner of Hill
Wallack LLP. She is a

Law Practice Groups.
Ms.
Marasco concentrates her
practice in the
representation of insurance
companies and their insureds
in diverse and complex
claims and litigation from
the pre-suit investigatory
and prevention loss stages
through trial and appeal.
Her practice includes the
defense of employers,
management, businesses, and
individuals for a wide
variety of claims
stemming from wrongful
discharge, discrimination,
harassment, breach of
contract and violations of
both State and Federal civil
rights and laws. She
continues to handle
litigation involving claims
of director's and officers'
liability; non-profit
association liability;
catastrophic personal
injury; product liability;
construction defects and
professional liability for
design services; suits
against public entities;
defamation and libel; as
well as mass tort class
action litigation. Ms.
Marasco routinely appears in
State and Federal Court, as
well as before the Division
of Civil Rights, the Equal
Employment Opportunity
Commission and various
intercompany arbitration
associations in the
representation of her
clients.
After
graduating from Rutgers
College _ New Brunswick in
1986, Ms. Marasco earned her
law degree from Rutgers
School of Law-Camden. She is
a Trustee of the Trial
Attorneys of New Jersey and
has been appointed to the
officer's position of
Secretary/Treasurer in 2006.
She is a member of the New
Jersey Defense Association,
Defense Research Institute
and the Mercer County and
New Jersey State Bar
Associations. Ms. Marasco
participates as a Judge for
the Vincent Abruzzese Mock
Trial Program for high
school students and is a
student mentor for the New
Jersey Bar Association's
School Program. In addition,
she is the
Publisher/Executive Editor
of the Hill Wallack LLP
Newsletter, the Quarterly,
to which she is a regular
contributor.
Ms.
Marasco is admitted to
practice in New Jersey both
before the United States
District Court and New
Jersey State Courts. She has
been practicing continuously
since 1989. |
