Meridith F. M. Mason
is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP.
She is a member of the Creditors'
Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Ms. Mason concentrates her practice in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including preference
actions, cash collateral applications, applications to appoint a trustee and motions for relief, as well as workouts,
loan sales and assignments, foreclosures, lender liability claims, receiverships, assignments for the benefit of creditors,
replevin actions and collections. Her extensive client list includes secured creditors and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy
and non-bankruptcy proceedings.
A graduate of New York
University, Leonard N. Stern School
of Business, Ms. Mason earned her
law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
She is a member of the New Jersey
State Bar Association.

Ms. Mason is a member of the
Editorial Board and a regular

Quarterly newsletter. She is a former member of the Editorial Board for New Jersey Lawyer, The Magazine where
she served as special editor for the "Children’s Rights" (October 2005) and "Appellate Practice" (April 2003) issues and
co-special editor for the "Legal Writing" issue (August 2001).
