Todd J. Leon is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP. He is a member of the firm’s
Trial & Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage and Product Liability Practice Groups.
Todd focuses his practice in cases involving complex insurance coverage and contractual disputes in a broad variety of
cases. He represents insurance carriers, third-party claims administrators, policyholders, and producers in conjunction
with these claims.
Todd was recognized by New Jersey Super Lawyers in 2009 as a "Rising Star" in the area of Insurance Coverage. His
litigation experiences encompasses representation of clients at all levels of court and in numerous alternative dispute
resolution proceedings.
Representative Matters
- Successfully litigated insurance coverage claims involving additional insurance, construction defects, automobile liability, general liability and bad faith
- Represented insurance carriers in complex, multi-party litigation in claims valued as high as $200 Million
- Drafted enforceable insurance procurement and contractual indemnification provisions pursuant to specific requirements of prevailing New Jersey law
