Todd J. Leon is a
partner of Hill Wallack LLP.
He is a member of the Litigation
Division and the Trial &
Insurance Defense, Product Liability and
Insurance Coverage Practice Group.
Mr. Leon focuses his practice in
the representation of insurance
companies in complex insurance
coverage disputes evolving from
various types of policies including
commercial general liability;
employment practices liability;
homeowners, directors and officers;
errors and omissions; business
automobile; personal automobile; and
workers' compensation, as well as
bad faith suits. Within his
insurance coverage concentration,
Mr. Leon has extensive experience in
additional insurance coverage and
insurance procurement issues as well
as the related field of contractual
indemnification. In addition, his
practice includes the defense of
insureds in a wide variety of
litigation such as catastrophic
personal injury, product liability,
Section 1983, Title 59, employment
discrimination, premises liability
and construction litigation.
A graduate of Rutgers College
with degrees in English and
Political Science, Mr. Leon earned
his law degree from the Rutgers
University School of Law at Camden.
He is admitted to practice in the
State of New Jersey, the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the
United States District Court for the
District of New Jersey and the
United States Court of Appeals for
the Third Circuit.
Mr. Leon is an active member of
the New Jersey Defense Association,
the Defense Research Institute and
the New Jersey State Bar
Association.
He is a member of the Editorial
Board of the Hill Wallack
Quarterly Newsletter and a
regular contributor of articles to
the publication.
