Dana M. Lane is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where she is a member of the Litigation
Division and Administrative Law/Government Procurement Practice Group.
Ms. Lane concentrates her practice in administrative law, regulatory compliance and corporate
litigation including public procurement, employment and government litigation. She has experience in
all aspects of public procurement and advises clients at each stage of the public bidding and contract
process, including challenges to specifications and award, post bid contract issues, prevailing wage and
suspension and debarment.
An honors graduate of Boston University,
Ms. Lane earned her law degree from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New
Jersey and New York as well as the United States District
Court of New Jersey.
Following law school, Ms. Lane served a Judicial Clerkship in the Superior
Court of New Jersey, Middlesex Vicinage with the Honorable Alexander P. Waugh, Jr., P.J.Ch.
Ms. Lane is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York
State Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association and the firm's Professional Relations Committee.
She is an active member of both the Young Lawyers Committee and Women Lawyers Committee of the Mercer County
Bar Association
