Ryan P. Kennedy is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the Real Estate Division,
Banking & Secured Transactions, Eminent Domain and Regulatory & Government Affairs Practice Groups.
He concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition and development, with particular emphasis
on complex negotiations, redevelopment, condemnation and transit oriented development.
Mr. Kennedy earned his law degree cum laude from Seton Hall Law School where he was a member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review.
He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Joseph L.
Yannotti, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Public Utility, Communications and Transportation Law,
the New York Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the New Jersey Association of Railroad Passengers and the
firm’s Website Committee. Ryan also serves as a member of the Lawrence Township Growth and Redevelopment Committee.
