Ryan P. Kennedy is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the Real Estate
Division, Banking & Secured Transactions and Regulatory & Government Affairs Practice
Groups.
He concentrates his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisition and development,
with particular emphasis on complex negotiations, urban development and transit oriented
development.
Mr. Kennedy earned his law degree cum laude from Seton Hall Law School where he was a
member of the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and previously
served as Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Joseph L. Yannotti, New Jersey Superior Court,
Appellate Division.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Public Utility, Communications
and Transportation Law, the New Jersey Association of Railroad Passengers and the firm's
Website Committee.
