Eric P. Kelner is an associate at Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the
Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group and has concentrated in that practice area since 2003.
Mr. Kelner concentrates his practice in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, including workouts,
commercial foreclosures, asset purchases, receivership actions, pendente lite sales, lender liability lawsuits,
representation of secured creditors in bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation and fraud litigation.

His extensive client list includes Amboy Bank, Sovereign Bank, TD Bank, Crown Bank, Sun National Bank, CitiMortgage, Inc.,
Andersen Distribution, Inc., the FDIC and Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation.
Mr. Kelner is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in New Jersey and all state courts in Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Kelner earned his law degree from Villanova
University School of Law.
