Eric P. Kelner is an associate at Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the Creditors’
Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Mr. Kelner concentrates his practice in all matters of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy,
including workouts, foreclosures, replevin actions, and collections. His extensive client list
includes secured creditors and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy proceedings.
A graduate of Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Kelner earned his law
degree from Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Kelner is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in New Jersey and all state
courts in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Kelner is a member of the Website Committee and a regular contributor to the Hill Wallack
LLP Quarterly Newsletter.
