Nicholas J. Ferrara is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP. He is a member of the Litigation Division
and the Trial & Insurance Defense, Product Liability and Insurance Coverage Practice Groups.
Mr. Ferrara focuses his
representation in the defense and representation of insurance companies and their
insured's in
complex claims and litigation. He also handles insurance coverage disputes evolving from various types of policies including
commercial general liability, employment practices liability, homeowners liability and business and personal automobile.
A graduate of Salisbury University with a BS in Accounting, Mr. Ferrara earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude from
Rutgers University School of Law at Camden, graduating second in his class. He is admitted to practice in the State of New
Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Prior to arriving at Hill Wallack LLP, Mr. Ferrara spent time as an associate in the Corporate Department at Dilworth
Paxson LLP, located in Philadelphia, PA and as a litigation associate at Swartz Campbell LLC, located in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Mr. Ferrara is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the American Bar Association.
