Jeffrey G. DiAmico is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where he is a member of the
firm’s Business & Commercial, Real Estate and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups.
Mr. DiAmico, a life long resident of Bucks County, concentrates his practice in the representation
of corporate entities and partnerships, business and real estate acquisitions and transactions,
business formation, as well as general business planning and counseling. His clients include
businesses and their individual owners throughout Bucks County and the surrounding tri-county
area.
Mr. DiAmico is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; New Jersey; the U. S. District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the
United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is an active member of the Bucks County
Bar Association.
Mr. DiAmico graduated cum laude from New England School of Law located in Boston,
Massachusetts, in 1999, where he was managing editor of The New England International and
Comparative Law Annual, a founding member of the NESL Business Law Center and a recipient
of the New England Scholar Award.
Mr. DiAmico is a 1994 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he received his B.S.
in Administration of Justice, and a minor in Business Administration. He is an active member of the
firm’s Website Committee.
