F. DeLucry |
Richard F. DeLucry
is a partner of Hill Wallack LLP.
He is a member of the
Gaming Law and Real Estate Practice
Groups. Mr. DeLucry represents
developers and vendors in matters
involving redevelopment, real estate
and land use law.
He served as Assistant City
Solicitor in Atlantic City between
1991 and 1993, advising the City's
Planning, Tax and Code Enforcement
Departments and handling the City's
defense in numerous litigated
matters. In private practice, Mr.
DeLucry has continued to emphasize
land use and development matters,
appearing before planning and zoning
boards throughout the region on
projects ranging from single-family
homes to casino hotels including The
Quarter at Tropicana and the Pier at
Caesars. He has also handled
numerous casino service industry and
liquor licensing matters. For
approximately the last ten years,
Mr. DeLucry has represented a number
of Atlantic City's casino hotels on
real estate tax appeals.
He currently serves as Counsel to
the Atlantic County Improvement
Authority. Prior to joining Hill
Wallack LLP, he was partner of
now-Superior Court Judge Mark
Sandson in the Atlantic City firm of
Sandson and DeLucry.
Mr. DeLucry is a graduate of
Temple University, from which he
received a B.A. in journalism in
1982. He graduated with a Juris
Doctor degree from Rutgers
University School of Law. He is a
member of the New Jersey State and
the Atlantic County Bar
Associations.
