Lauren E. Bucksner is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP where she is a member of the General
Litigation and Regulatory & Government Affairs Practice Groups.
She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, family law, municipal law and regulatory law
with a focus on corporate compliance issues. She also practices in the areas of government procurement and
general litigation
An honors graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Ms. Bucksner earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law
with a Pro Bono Distinction for community legal service involvement. She is admitted to
practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of New Jersey. Following law school, Ms. Bucksner served as
a judicial clerk to the Honorable Max A. Baker, Presiding Judge Family Part of Atlantic and Cape May County and the Honorable Mark H. Sandson, J.S.C.
Ms. Bucksner is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.
She is an active member of both the Young Lawyers Committee and Women Lawyers Committee of the Mercer County Bar Association
