Benjamin T. Branche is an associate of Hill Wallack LLP.

Mr. Branche concentrates his
practice in the areas of Tax,
Business Law, Estate Planning,
Probate Law, Elder Law and Medicaid
Law. He counsels clients with
various sized estates on planning
through the use of wills, revocable
trusts, irrevocable life insurance
trusts, health care documents,
powers of attorney and other estate
planning tools necessary for
realizing the goals of his clients
while minimizing the effect of
taxes. In addition, he is
experienced in administering estates
before the Register of Wills and
preparing the necessary inventories,
accountings and related documents to
establish and maintain the
administration of a probate estate.
Mr. Branche received his J.D.
from Catholic University of America,
Columbus School of Law in 2004 and
his B.S. with honors from the
University of Scranton in 1999. He
is admitted to practice law in
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland
and the District of Columbia. He is
also a member of the American,
Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland,
District of Columbia, Montgomery
County and Bucks County Bar
Associations and the Philadelphia
Estate Planning Council. He has
attended numerous seminars on estate
planning and probate, and in 2006
completed an intensive Advanced
Estate Planning Institute program at
the Emory Law School in Atlanta,
Georgia.
