D. Andrew Bertorelli, Jr. serves as
counsel to Hill Wallack LLP. He is a member of the
Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Practice Group.
Mr. Bertorelli concentrates his practice in all areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He also practices in the areas of patent litigation, commercial and appellate litigation.
Representative Matters
- He has represented debtors, trustees, creditors committee and individual secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of commercial bankruptcy, state court and out-of court liquidations and workouts

Mr. Bertorelli received his J.D. cum laude from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
