Tiffanie C. Benfer is an associate of

Ms. Benfer concentrates her practice in Employment Discrimination and Civil Rights & Constitutional
Litigation.
Ms. Benfer has represented clients in all phases of employment related litigation, including claims of
discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, whistleblower and others.
A graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, Magna Cum Laude and a member of the
Heuisler Honor Society,
Ms. Benfer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland and United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
She previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Timothy E. Meredith of the Maryland
Court of Special Appeals.
Ms. Benfer is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association.
