Rashmee Sinha is an associate in the Princeton, N.J. office of Hill Wallack LLP
where she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Division, and Trial & Insurance
Defense, Insurance Coverage, Employment & Labor Law and Administrative
Law/Government Contracts practice groups.
Ms. Sinha concentrates her practice in the defense and representation of insurance
companies and their insureds. She also handles insurance coverage disputes
evolving from various types of policies including homeowners’, commercial
general liability and employment practices liability.
Ms. Sinha’s practice also includes the defense of employers, management,
businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of claims stemming from wrongful
discharge, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract and union grievances. She appears regularly in federal and state courts in New Jersey and New York and defends employers against charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC). Ms. Sinha also counsels and advises employers on employment issues, including hiring, firing, misconduct, leave and attendance issues, employee accommodations, wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, internal investigations, and a variety of other matters.
Ms. Sinha also represents clients in litigation involving post-bid contract issues.
Representative Matters
- Litigation involving complex insurance coverage issues, including the duty to defend and indemnify, policy exclusions and priority of coverage in a matter involving catastrophic personal injuries
- Litigation involving both public and private entities in the areas of employment law, corporate raiding, unjust competition and breach of fiduciary duties
- Obtained summary judgment in ADA disability discrimination case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York
- Co-tried and obtained favorable jury verdict in ADA employment discrimination case in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York
- Litigation involving post-bid contract issues

Ms. Sinha is
