Catherine M. Brennan

Catherine M. Brennan is counsel in the Princeton, NJ office of Hill Wallack LLP, where she is a member of the Community Associations practice group.

Ms. Brennan concentrates her practice in the areas of community associations and litigation. She has extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation in both the law and chancery divisions, and at both the trial and appellate level. Experienced in both New Jersey federal and state courts, Catherine has represented small and large companies and other corporate clients in matters involving contract disputes, construction defect matters, consumer fraud and unfair competition. She regularly handles commercial transactions as well as dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. 

Ms. Brennan earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. She clerked for the Honorable Donald G. Collester, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Saint Joseph’s University.

Ms. Brennan is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
