    Hill Wallack Attorney Georgeann R. Fusco Appointed as Co-Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Real Estate Section

    News Release

    Princeton, NJ April 20, 2020 --- Hill Wallack attorney, Georgeann R. Fusco has been appointed as Co-Chair of the Bucks County Bar Association Real Estate Section. The Real Estate Section was established to provide resources and education for real estate attorneys to assist them in their practice. With these goals in mind, the Real Estate Section will sponsor a Real Estate CLE Summit devoted to real estate (including environmental law) topics. This program is expected to be offered in the Fall of 2020.

    In addition to her extensive real estate practice and experience, Ms. Fusco concentrates her practice on the representation of corporate entities and financial institutions in a variety of transactional matters, including business formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder/member/partnership agreements, commercial agreements, and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Fusco was Senior Manager of Contracts for the Customer Experience Care Organization of Comcast. Previously, Ms. Fusco served as Corporate Counsel/Real Estate Counsel with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) where she concentrated her practice in the energy, sustainability, procurement, contract, real estate and corporate areas.

    The mission of the BCBA is to promote and support programs, organizations, and individuals throughout Bucks County who are engaged in activities designed to foster respect for the rule of law, the advancement of rights, liberties and protections under the law as well as activities which have as a principal purpose the advancement of social justice for the individuals, families and communities of Bucks County. The BCBA aims to uphold legal and ethical standards in the legal community. For members, the BCBA offers an important platform for education, professional development and networking.  For the community, the BCBA serves as a resource offering education, legal assistance and financial resources for community members demonstrating need.
